Established in 2005 (1997 E.C.) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Bilo’s Pastry began as a single bakery. Today, it has grown into a thriving brand with twelve branches across the city. Specializing in Italian and French confectionery, our founder, Timnit Zemui, trained in the United States and Europe, earning culinary arts certifications before bringing her expertise home to establish Bilo’s Pastry.
