Meet Mr. Henok Zerihun, a highly skilled and visionary chef with decades of experience as an executive chef. He is a fast learner and well-educated, making him stand out in the culinary world. Mr. Henok’s passion for cooking has led him to serve the industry as the President of the Ethiopian Chef Association and as a judge on the renowned TV show “MIRTU GEBETA.” Also serving the Ethiopian Airlines Catering & Tourism Institutes as a board member.
In 2021, he proudly established his fine-dining restaurant located in the heart of Bole, Abyssinia Building 1st floor. This restaurant offers a live kitchen and bar, creating a delightful dining experience.
